Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

Only what you enter in our forms: first name, last name, work email, phone, company, company country, number of boats and preferred call time. For the detailed estimate: your email or phone and the values you entered in the calculator.

Why we use it

• To call you back and open your account, at your request (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To register you for the webinar and send you the link and a reminder (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you the estimate you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To measure site visits anonymously and improve the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Three years from our last contact. If you become a client, the Byzantine Finance privacy policy applies.

Who has access

The Byzantine Finance team and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor. Form data is stored in the European Union. Any transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

Statistics and cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, and an anonymous count of a few actions (for example opening a form), with no IP address or identifier. Your browser only remembers whether you closed the webinar banner.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or ask for it to be ported, by writing to info@byzantine.fi. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.
